VexaBookmarksTerms of Service

VexaBookmarks is a bookmark-management browser extension with an infinite-canvas layout, wallpaper customization, and optional cloud sync via a Google account. Core bookmarking features are free to use.

• Premium is priced at ₹10 for a 2-month period, subject to change with notice inside the extension.
• Premium is activated manually: you pay via a UPI app to the displayed UPI ID, then submit the UPI transaction reference (UTR) inside the extension.
• An administrator manually reviews and either approves or rejects each payment. There is no automatic recurring billing.
• Premium activation typically occurs after manual review and may take some time depending on administrator availability.
• If your payment is rejected, contact team@veltrex.co.in if you believe this was in error.

Because Premium is a fixed 2-month period activated manually after payment, refunds are only considered where a valid, verifiable payment was made but Premium access was never granted due to our error. Refund requests should be sent to team@veltrex.co.in with your UTR reference. There is no auto-renewing subscription to cancel.

• You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account you use to sign in.
• You agree to submit only genuine, accurate UPI transaction references. False or fabricated UTRs may result in account suspension.
• You are responsible for the content of the bookmarks you save.

You agree not to attempt to bypass the entitlement system, access another user's data, reverse-engineer the extension for malicious purposes, or use the extension for any unlawful purpose.

VexaBookmarks depends on third-party infrastructure, including Google Firebase for sync and authentication and Supabase for optional video wallpapers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of these services and are not liable for outages outside our control. Core local bookmark functionality continues to work offline when cloud sync is temporarily unavailable.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts found to be abusing the payment-verification system, attempting unauthorized access, or otherwise violating these terms. You may stop using the extension and delete your account at any time by contacting team@veltrex.co.in.

We may update these terms or the extension's features over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the last-updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

VexaBookmarks is provided "as is." While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, see our Privacy Policy, we cannot guarantee the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.
